Spencer's mixed-experience in leading major international Consultant and Contracting organisations garners best in industry competencies covering programme, project, and commercial remits, having added positive impact to iconic project success stories, across all sectors, on behalf of high profile regional developers.
Martin is an experienced project management, corporate developer, and technology infrastructure advocate well versed in strategic relationships and management systems necessary to deliver consistent results aligned to the group’s goals.
His oversight of considered global business development activities is underpinned by his comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business, with a keen eye towards identifying new growth opportunities. He is also responsible for the management, implementation, and usability of information and communication technologies, managing data risk for the group and its clients.
William is a seasoned Project Director with world class technical aptitudes in delivering projects of all sizes, honed during his career where he has successfully delivered high-end development investments for blue-chip clients, funds and government bodies across the UK, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Will is well respected by Clients and the Team due to his remarkable talent at applying innovative construction principles to overcome challenges within a project life-cycle, whilst improving operational effectiveness and building winning Team dynamics. His savvy supply chain knowledge and proactive attitude are critical components within the groups increased ratio of both new and repeat business.
